1. Scope

ElderSpaOne provides spa and wellness treatments, digital health guides, and senior-friendly wellness products designed to enhance comfort and well-being.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. Clients are encouraged to review appointment details carefully to ensure accuracy.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Spa and Wellness Services

Clients may request to reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fee. To request a change, please contact us by phone or via our Contact Us form. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before its start, the full booking fee will not be eligible for a refund due to staffing and room preparation.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original method of payment.

3.2 Digital Wellness Guides (Info Products)

Digital guides are delivered instantly upon purchase. Clients have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to submit a refund request if the guide has not been accessed. Requests after this period will not be eligible. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days to the original method of payment.

3.3 Wellness Products (Goods)

Physical products are inspected before dispatch. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 30 days for evaluation. Once the item is delivered back to our facility, we will issue a refund for the product cost and cover shipping expenses for that delivery. Refunds will be processed within ten business days to the original method of payment.

4. No-Refund Items

Certain gift certificates and promotional packages are final sale and not eligible for a refund due to their discounted nature. Terms for these items are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
