Yes. Our therapists receive specialized training in working with mature bodies and mobility challenges. Chairs, beds and equipment are adjustable to ensure comfort while minimizing strain and maintaining safety throughout each session.

ElderSpaOne accepts major credit cards, debit cards and e-transfers. All payments are processed securely and receipts are provided after each session for your records and any relevant personal reimbursement processes.

We welcome guests Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays to give our team time to recharge.

A referral is not required for most spa treatments at ElderSpaOne. If you have specific medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider and letting our staff know to customize your experience.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available in our private lot. The entrance is at the back of the building off Wellington Court, and accessible spaces are reserved close to the door for added convenience.

We welcome family support. One guest may join you in the relaxation lounge area before or after treatments. During sessions, companion seating is offered on request to ensure a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere.
